PCACS has a demand-response transportation service for citizens of Porter County.  These services are open to the public and door-to-door based.

Energy Assistance

PCACS aids in winter heating expenses and summer cooling expenses through the NIPSCO Cares Hardship.

Medicare Counseling

Medicare Counseling

Through SHIP (the State Health Insurance Assistance Program) well trained counselors provide FREE counseling to seniors on their Medicare Supplement choices.

Ramp Program

Ramps are an avenue to an easier day-to-day life for those facing mobility challenges. 

PCACS works with talented volunteers
to help community members access their homes.

Emergency Assistance

As an administrator of the United Way Emergency Assistance Grant, PCACS helps clients with such emergency situations as medical and housing repair expenses as well as mortgage or rent payments and car repairs.
